Jeff at J&E explained in detail what was provided in his service, gave me information that no other service could answer for me, and followed up with me twice leading up to the event making sure I was all set. He even coordinated with our wedding planner. The experience of the actual drive was A+. He was very polite, the car was extremely clean, and he gave us a comfortable ride. Every time my wife and I go out or go to the airport, we use J&E. Jeff is fantastic and all the drivers we have met are the most honest people. Don't use Uber anymore. We also referred to all our friends who use private drivers. Also their pricing beats any other private service we used in the past.

This is why I will always use Jeff’s service. My neighbor and I were going to Cabo and he forgot his passport. But we didn’t miss the flight! Jeff went back to get it while we went through TSA. I don’t know of any other scenario where that would have been possible.
